I do love the smell of a new qualification - and this ones a big one. I'm thrilled to announce I'm now a certified as one of the first Level C Brand Architects - which is the third tier of Level C qualification.
I have had the honour of being awarded this accolade this week after completing a nearly 6 month course with education platform LEVEL C. LEVEL C is run by world renowned brand legend Marty Neumeier and expert Andy Starr.
Last week I joined 40 other brand strategists who had flown in from around the world in London for an immersive educational experience alongside a live billon dollar global client, Dr Oetker (the German multinational company famous for their pizza and baking brands).
Dr Oetker's senior team had given us a number of billion dollar challenges that their brand was facing in relation to Brand Architecture.
During the course, Neumeier and Andy Starr gave us brand new frameworks, knowledge and tools to guide us through the process and work with Dr Oetker.
We were organised into teams and scrambled outworking solutions in group exercises, working live with the client every step of the way.
At the end of the course each team had to present their big idea which had to pass muster to ensure that individuals in each team could became one of the first Level-C Brand Architects in the world.
Thankfully, after a lot of effort and energy we passed!
The whole thing was an amazing learning experience where I deepened my appreciation of actionable ideas, methods and frameworks that helps business form a strategy to outmanoeuvre their competition in the future.
Congrats to everyone else who passed this inaugural 3rd tier event too. Such an amazing and talented set of people. Let the brand revolution begin 💪.
Kudos to my epic team who I've been training with during the course: Ezequiel Abramzon 🇪🇸, Jakub Kantor 🇨🇿, Sabine Friesser 🇦🇹, Lauren Jones 🇬🇧, Tara Cloak 🇬🇧, Luis G. Fernandez 🇺🇸, Gary Frost 🇬🇧, Chris Dowdall 🏴, Adele Kelly as well as to everyone else who passed.
Watch this space for my full review. For now, I'm going to enjoy my new certification!
